Sun terraces surround the villa.

Steps lead from the ground floor down to a south facing terrace area with a large (8x4m) heated swimming pool. There is an outside shower for freshening up before and after using the pool and after the beach as well as a hot tub for relaxing. Around the pool there are sun loungers and deck chairs as well as a table with parasol to seat eight.

On the ground floor, the dining room opens to a terrace with table and chairs, while the lounge has sliding doors on to a terrace with a wooden pergola. These raised terraces continue around the villa to a lavaderia (covered outside kitchen/utility), built-in BBQ and Bar area.

On the first floor the master bedroom and bedroom two open on to a sun terrace with wooden pergola. A wooden pergola provides shade on first floor balcony.
